At Annan & Bird all jobs go through one of three different scenarios:
• Files are locked and trapped (PDF/Barco/ArtPro/Illustrator). These are files prepped for final reproduction that supply digital dot proofs and full size content proofs.
• Files that are native file format are trapped and a content full size imposed proof is produced, plus a Kodak approval dot color proof is made.
• Changes - jobs that require alterations and/or jobs that come back from the approval stage with changes. Normally PDF's are sent after this stage unless there are color or large structural changes. New proofs would be sent for approval at this stage.
