Sheeting

Annan& Bird has two new Valmet sheeters. Both of these machines are capable of sheeting up to 80 inches long and thickness up to .040. They can handle plastics, foils, synthetic papers as well as SBS and box board. The accuracy is unmatched at plus or minus .015 but in production the tolerances are held even closer. They also feature double fly knife technology that gives an extremely precise cut, but most importantly, a clean and dust free cut. To aid in our just-in-time deliveries these machines run round the clock six days a week.
